The actual pressure signal of the PLC receiving pipe network is compared with the pressure value set by the user, and the deviation value is utilized. Control the output frequency of the frequency converter to change the motor output. When the pump runs at full speed and the actual pressure does not reach the set pressure, the variable frequency pump is switched to the commercial frequency power supply, and the other pump is soft-started by the inverter. When the water pump is running at the lower limit frequency and the actual pressure is greater than the set pressure, the power frequency pump is automatically stopped to achieve the variable constant pressure water supply. When living and firefighting share a set of equipment, the specific solution is: the user sets two different pressure values of the pipe network. Normally, when the equipment is running at a certain pressure value (adjustable), the living constant pressure water supply is maintained. When a fire alarm occurs, the device immediately changes to another pressure value after receiving the fire alarm signal, and closes the electric valve of the life pipe network to ensure fire water.
