Notes for use of weighing force sensor
1: weighing force sensor handling process to avoid beating.The zero point of the weighing force sensor becomes larger.
2: when the weighing force sensor is taken out for use, avoid pulling the signal line and causing abnormal output signals.
3: when installing the weighing force sensor, excessive pressure should be avoided to cause overload, deformation and damage.
4: the correct installation method of the weighing force sensor: firstly, hold the fixed end by hand and fix it with screws to avoid damage caused by force when installing the screws. Firstly, add shim to the F end of the pallet when installing the screws to avoid overload, deformation and damage. Pay attention to protect the shim until all structures can be removed after installation.
5: after the installation of the weighing force sensor, make sure that the pallet cannot have any contact with the surrounding structure, resulting in inaccurate weighing.
6: the output signal line of the weighing force sensor should be released naturally to avoid damage caused by pulling
7: overload protection of weighing force sensor, full load deformation 0.3mm, limit plate should be placed under the stress end to avoid accidental overload damage during use
8: the working environment of the weighing force sensor should be relatively dry, to avoid long-term humidity or water, resulting in inaccurate weighing
9: the weighing sensor should avoid damage caused by overlaying
